hotspot map

can any one can tell me how the hotspot work ?
its not showing my location on the hotspot map how can i add my location on the hotspot map so user can see my hotspot on the map

For nodes to be shown on the map, they must have the deployment status "deployed". You may set this status in the node edit page. By default, a node is "In planning"
