Display shows 72" toshiba but is only 32"

linux 17.2 cinnamon 64 bit , 2.6.13; kernel 3.19.0-18 generic; processor i7 2600k @ 3.40 GHz x 4; ram 8 gb; nvidia GTX 770.
Display shows a 72 inch toshiba but it is only a 32 inch; connection is with HDMI; so i change xorg.

but no change on Display, what else can i do? Thank you for any help i can get ; please go easy on me i'm new to all of this
