Audience

Audience won't play audio

After reinstalling Elementary, Audience stopped playing the audio for my videos. I tried reinstalling it and have done an internet search (just came up with results for Windows and TV show Elementary). Is there any way to fix this?

If it's some sort of driver issue I'm on an HP Pavillion but audio works just fine in the browser at least.

I'd love for this issue to be fixed as I quite like Audience, but none of my movies are meant to be silent.

I'm sorry, solved my own problem. The incorrectly set setting was a bit hidden: Settings > Sound > Applications panel showed volume for Audience to be muted
