What does the icon signify?

Just what it says. I don't see the connection between the vaguely tribal icon and the function of the app.

But on the other hand, this app is FANTASTIC. So sleek. The way the mouse disappears into the thumbnail, and the fact that the thumbnail is not static. Just sexy.
