Position the thumbnail preview above the seek bar(like a popup) not on it

I feel it's better if the thumbnail preview is position above the seek bar like some flash web players not on it , when thumbnail is over(on) the seek bar it is difficult to determine the exact location which we want seek into, so can it be done ? Anyway this is a very cool linux player thanks a lot your great work wish I knew vala more ...
