How can I backup all Astrid Data before doing a factory reset?

Motorola is suggesting I do a factory reset of my Droid to see if it resolves my Android 2.0.1 issues.

Although I have my Astrid To-Do list synced to Remember the Milk, not all of the attributes of all of the tasks are synchronized (e.g. goal dates vs. absolute dates, hide until).

So, I'd like to know how can I backup ALL of the Astrid data, and then how would I restore it after the factory reset.

I have Astro File Manager, so I can copy files to the SD card if I only knew what to copy/where to find it.

Sorry for the slow reply. We are currently working on a native backup solution. Until then you can follow the backup procedure that other users have used to back up data. We are grateful that they used Astrid as an example. (see link below).
