Want to keep items on calendar after task completed.

I use Google calendar to post my billable hours at the end of every week. When I mark a task complete in Astrid, I would like the option to KEEP the event on my calendar, not remove it, which seems to be its default behavior. Is there a way to change this?

There's currently not a way to do this.

Do you think it would make sense to leave the event permanently on the calendar instead as the default behavior?

I would wager to say the majority of people like it the way it is -- so the default behavior should remain the way it is. I would also say that I can't be the only one who uses their calendar for "journaling". It would be nice if there was a checkbox in the settings to "Retain entry on calendar when task marked complete". Does that make sense?

Try sync-ing to Remember the Milk; it keeps track of previous tasks completed. Hope that helps!
