How do I know if a bug will be fixed?

I am experiencing bug 512354. The problem is so severe I can not use astrid. My alternative now is to use the RTM android app and pay the 25... Before doing so I want to check with you guys if you are planning to do anything about the bug....

To clarify when you complete tasks in RTM they are not being synced for you
within Astrid? Are you moving your tasks around after you synchronize or are
you renaming the tasks within Remember the Milk?

There is a problem with Remember the Milk Sync that is difficult for us to
solve. Essentially Remember The Milk does not provide us an Id to sync with.
We can sync with a task by its name and which list it is on. Because RTM
doesn't provide a unique unchanging id it is difficult for us
to synchronize if you are in the habit of changing the list a task is on or
the name of a task frequently.

Is this the case? We speed up our development on the next version of Astrid
and aim to provide synchronization with Google Tasks as well. Your
input/feedback is appreciated.

Actually you are completely correct. I do move tasks between lists and sometimes rename them. So then I can not use Astrid.... unless I change my WOW.
