Can I set up Astrid to always open in the Tags view?

I would like to be able to open Astrid to the Tags view instead of the list view. Can Astrid be set up to allow this?

This is currently possible.

If you leave Astrid in Tags view it will open in tags view.

if you want a shortcut to a specific tag, do the following:

From Agenda view select Menu -> Tags

long press on the tag you want to make a shortcut for.
select "Create Shortcut"

You will now have a shortcut directly to that tags open item on your
desktop.

The shortcuts to Tags helps. I can use that. However, when I open Astrid it opens to the task view, regardless of where it was when I left it. So, I don't quite see how I can force it to open to Tags view. Prior to the last update from Android Market, I think it was opening to the last view. But not now. Any further suggestions?

Unfortunately, unless you leave the application while in the tags view, it will open either to the screen you were just on (say Agenda or Settings) or default to the Agenda. We implemented tags more as a filter option, rather than a continual view option. Sorry about that.
