video/photo distorted

hi good citizens of ubuntu,i have posted before this question but i cannot remember the question number

how to traced back my question post,mr.actionsnip pls kindly help

my problem solved after going around the bush,its easy just replace firefox with google chrome and that working and i m happy i learn a few things about ubuntu that saved ubuntu or else i opt to reinstall windows.once again i wish to thanks actionsnip & manfreed
