Printing Patterns

Asked by Ray Richard

Hi All,

I am new to ARToolKit+. I was wondering how I could generate a pattern of perticular size (physically say 80cm wide)?
And what is border width (I notice its 0.125 or 0.250)?

I was not able find a complete description of simple marker.

Hi... If you use a image editing program such as GIMP etc it is relatively straightforward. Just click print and select the "image settings" tab. There it provides you the option to change the size of the print. Select millimeters from the drop down menu and in the width and height text boxes type your required size in this case 800mm.

The border width is for internal use in Artoolkitplus, I am perfectly sure but I think it is used for padding around the marker when doing correlation.

You can check out the link below on an old version of documentation of ARToolKitPlus
