create a launcher for a file

Ubuntu 17.10 I'd like to put a launcher for a quick acces to a file.

If you can't use a launcher for a file or location, use a launcher for an application with the command

    xdg-open /path/to/your/file

for example

    xdg-open /home/user/Documents/letter.doc

Use the full path for your file. You can't use shortcuts like ~/ or environment variables like $HOME
