How to allow the infantry to switch his weapons according to the distance？

for example：

[SpeciaForce]
……
Category=Soldier
Primary=AWP ;range=14，ROF=150
Secondary=MP5 ;range=7，ROF=10
C4=yes
……

SpeciaForce could fire use AWP when range<=14 and range>7
could fire use MP5 when range<=7
could fire use c4 damage building
