You do it exactly as said here: http://ares-developers.github.io/Ares-docs/new/killingdrivers.html (by putting KillDriver=yes on the warhead).

As for suicide planes, here is one tutorial, but i didn't try it myself: http://modenc.renegadeprojects.com/Adding_A_Kamikaze_Airstrike_To_RA2/YR
