ai power plant upgrades

The gdi side uses the flags
gdipowerturbine=
and
aiuseturbineupgradeprobability to allow the gdi side to upgrade their plant. Can i use that too in other sides? Or is their anyway i can make the ai use upgrades?

Those tags doesn't work in YR.

The best way I've seen upgrades working and built by AI is to have the upgrade listed two-three imes on the AI.PowerPlants list at Country.
