How to help editing the manual?

This is a placeholder and will be expanded in the future.

But the short version is:
- If you just want to fix something: Edit the file in question from the Ares Documentation repository (https://github.com/Ares-Developers/Ares-docs/) and either issue a pull request on github or attach the patch on the bugtracker.
- If you also want to check the edit/generate a new manual: Do the above and then run Sphinx (http://sphinx.pocoo.org/) over the folder.
