The only way that I have got wifi to works on my Dell D631 since the the bcml driver got updated in Natty, is using this from a previous post:

sudo apt-get purge bcmwl-kernel-source broadcom-sta-common broadcom-sta-source

Then

sudo apt-get install b43-fwcutter firmware-b43-installer

Then unplug wired connection and reboot."
