update a system without internet connection

can i use just aptoncd to update my friend's ubuntu say every month without the need for any internet connection on his computer?

Thanks for your prompt response...
But it would have been more helpful if you illustrated it in one or two steps.

ok tell me if i am right!?

1) create an aptoncd with a metapakage on my computer....
2) add the cd to the sources from aptoncd on my friend's computer (who does not have an internet connection)
3) install metapackage!....Done!

Yes, that is right.
Additionally, instead of installing the meta-package in your friend's
computer, you can just click on the updates icon in the notification area
and mark all upgrades.
