can't find Autheication passward

When I tried to upgrade my ubuntu version there showed to enter authenicate password . Please sent the password

Ubuntu has a security concept which asks for a confirmation for some administrative actions - e.g. when doing upgrades.
In such case you have to enter your own password for confirmation.
I assume that you know your password.

Me pasa lo mismo, la computadora no me permite hacer ningún cambio si no tengo la contraseña, y no la tengo.
