TRYING TO INSTALL CHROME BUT I HAVE NO PASSWORD FOR AUTHENTICATION.HOW DO I KNOW PASSWORD.PLEASE HELP

I AM TRYING TO INSTALL CHROME BUT THERE IS ASKING PASSWORD FOR THE AUTHENTICATION.BUT I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT ANY PASSWORD BUT IT IS URGENT FOR ME TO INSTALL CHROME.SO PLEASE HELP ME HOW I CAN GET PASSWORD AND HOW I CAN INSTALL CHROME.PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

You have to enter your own password when you get a request to confirm the execution of an administrative action.

I assume that you know your own password.
If not, you can set a new one with the procedure described in http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/resetpassword
