backup and restore comments

Hello Aptik folks,

I used Aptik few days ago to migrate the PPA's when updating my Lubuntu to 15.04 - works perfect! Thanks for creating this tool.

It annoys me though, that Ubuntu adds a comment to each disabled PPA (similar to "Disabled by Ubuntu 15.04 upgrade"). Aptik actually should backup and restore the comments, too. If there was no comment before, it shouldn't appear in the list after a restore.
