Should wiki be updated?

Asked by anatoly techtonik

Apport wiki page - https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport - is immutable, so I can't edit. In particular bzr command is outdated and it is not clear how to send patches, such as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apport/+bug/1502173/comments/3

Ubuntu 11.10 info can be archived also.

I asked it at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apport/+question/401598

But the question is really about Apport development, which is happening here, no? So maybe redirect people from Ubuntu wiki to your development docs that do not need extra maintenance - is there such docs?
