App center and dependence from ubuntu

When will the app center be ready?
With the final version of Luna will we have greater dependence from ubuntu? (I mean names, packages, repositories, etc. ..)

The app center will not be included in Luna AFAIK, But is being targeted for L + 1.

I will complete AppCenter for Luna+1 elementary OS release. You can install it now throw our daily ppa and replace USC if you don't like it.
