Will Anonplus be slow?

We have a goal of making Anonplus very fast. Of course, there is a trade-off between speed and anonymity. There are also some factors which are out of our control. For example, if you run Anonplus over the Tor network, your speed will be impacted by the speed of the TOr network.

Lucky for Tor users there are a few developers who also use Tor and we will work to make sure Anonplus is fast through Tor. The way it is implemented causes pages to be loaded from your local computer. This means that the interface should actually load instantly. Instead the delay is incurred when getting the actual posts but you should not have to worry about long load times.
