what happens after sdcard crash or filecorruption?

Asked by gomez

Will AndroidU1 delete my files when the filesystem is corrupted? Or will it upload corrupted files to the server and let the server sync it to all machines?

Depending on what storage you are using (currently only external SD storage is available for use), if the SD card will be mounted (inserted and availible) and it's your primary storage, if there is something wrong with the filesystem of the SD card, you will be informed and AU1 will not be able to function properly. Therefore it will not upload any data from corrupted filesystem.

Now, if you're talking about corrupted files, AU1 will know if a file has been downloaded successfully from the servers. However, if you will try to upload a corrupted file (like any other file), it will appear on all your machines as this is explicitly the action you have taken.

Can you help with this problem?
