Trademark problem

Did you guys know your app is in trademark violation?

I would really like you to stop using "Moodle for Android" because we (Moodle) have an official HTML5 Moodle app just about to be released.

I have no problem with you having an app, it's a good thing, but I think the current situation will be too confusing for users.

Hi Martin,

Thanks for the email. Many apologies for this. I agree with you about the confusion.
Given that this app is concerned with connecting directly with moodle, is there an acceptable method for naming that still allows the use of Moodle within proximity of the title? Is there similar concern with the logo of this project as well?
