how to install alarm clock

as a beginner can i be told how to install this program to work in ubuntu fiest fawn.

i have been able to unpack it and it is lying in a folder alarmclock 0.2.2

Ok , if you are using Jaunty do the next ,

type in terminal:

sudo apt-get install alarm-clock
