Stop buzzing after a while?

Asked by Lasse Gullvåg Sætre

Say I wake up before the 10 minuets before the alarm triggers, I take a quick shower, and grab a banana, then fly out the door. When I'm 100 meters down the street the alarm triggers. Does it then keep all my neighbors up for the next 16 hours, or will it shut down automatically after a while?

I would think that if the alarm buzzes for more than 30 minuets, chances are I'm already awake and away, or dead.

Very good point - this is something which needs to be added to the applet. This will only be possible for sound notifications though, as there's no way to know how to reverse any commands which have been launched.

This is now implemented in latest trunk (rev 108) and will be included in the next release tarball.
