consider creating a ~alarm-clock team for build if project pages don't support this.

I agree it would be nicer. Unfortunately, the ~alarm-clock team has already been registered for another unrelated project.

Also, moving the PPA would require all its users to update their software sources with the new URL. So I'm not sure it's worth it.

you can put a post inst to add your new repository and remove the old one in a build on your repo.

What's worse is if you want to work on other projects and add other stuff to that PPA that will get installed as well
