Activity Log Manager

Activity log manager shows report older than my PC

On my desktop the activity log manager 'Show Previous Reports' show me old reports up to 2013-05-28 22:05 while I bought this PC (new) in september 2017.
The page I see is:

the same page is shown starting activity log manager from each partition of my desktop where i have different Ubuntu installations: 16.04, 17.10, 18.04.
I own also a laptop PC showing a different page, so the page does not depend from the owner.
Should I provide other info?
