Initialise profile using PWV instead of relative humidity?

Is it possible to initialize an ATM profile using a desired PWV instead
of a ground level Relative humidity?

If it is possible, I haven't found how to do it. The way I deal with
this in the newest version of my "dispersive" program is to initialise
a profile with 10% humidity, get the PWV column column for this
relative humidity, then scale the humidity to get the desired
PWV. (File also attached, hope it helps)

specifically, Ground WH20 [mm] = 0.07838 +/- 0.00018 times humidity in % for the default atmo params.
