Remove libs symlink because it causes trouble on other platforms.

I had to create fully custom build.xml's for ant to include my regular java libraries which do not exist as jar (general-api, musescore-api), as well as the toplevel rules to use these.

Fix classpath to avoid VerifyErrors. Also don't need the support library multiple times, just have to export it.

Switched to ADT19 from 16 and moved to libs auto android dependencies system. Had to make the two java projects into jars because adt now only wants android (library) projects.
