[WINDOWS] Windows 32bit build on OpenSUSE no Longer functional.

ming32 cross build no longer working, despite several hacks applied here.

Automake detection of dependent libraries fails, so force usage.
Linker doesn't find/like libgps.dll, so this is again disabled.

The resultant Windows binary then fails to actually run, something like:
 complaining about not being able to find entry point in libgcc_s

The Windows 64 bit version is however OK.

SF Bugs#149: [WINDOWS] HTTPS workaround.

Default to skip verfication as it always fails under Windows.
Some incompatibily is suspected in the reliant binary DLLs of libcurl & libnss.
Location & type of certificate stores need to be supported,
but I've not figured it out for the Windows install.

Linux works fine by default.

MAC OS is probably different again, but at least the user can manually set:
 curl_ssl_verifypeer=0
in viking.ini to get it to work if necessary.

ATM User has no control over the order if multiple tracks without timestamps are selected.

Ensure the new segment flag is set on manual track and route creation.
Thus the reversing function will still work as intended.

More action items button icons.

Useful if the action is placed into the toolbar to allow displaying an image,
 instead of just text which can take up a lot of space.
