This branch includes a new plugin called 'Observability'. It gives the user infomration about the rising time, setting time, and culmination time for the selected object (or the screen center, if no object is selected). It also gives information about the epoch of the year when the object is best observed (i.e. opposition with the Sun) and the epoch of the year when it "can be" observed (i.e., it is above the horizon before/after the setting/rising astronomical twilight). Obviously, this latest information is approximate (since brighter stars may be well observable before the beginning of the astronomical twilight).
