Major commit: revision and new functionalities

1) work on displaced_decay module
   - minor bug fix (large exponent in the exponential distribution, missing theta_max limitation in the geometry of the detector )
   - can handle tag-label definition of decay product (to treat different channels), treatment of multiple decay
     with correct assignment of BRs
   - beta version of double displaced mode (for K case at NA62)

2) added the possibility to handle user defined process for the interaction mode

3) new production channel: proton bremsstrahlung

4) new electron beam dump mode: the user provides events for electrons,positron,gammas
   ( produced as secondary particles in the electron dump ), MadDump builds a
   doubly differential (energy-angle) ebeam pdf (made of electrons,positrons,gammas )
   which is used for the simulation of the dark matter production processes in the target.
   Standard detection mode (interaction with the detector/displaced decay) may follow for the detection.
