Solved 18020 I have been having problems with ubuntu 7.10 freezing up on me whenever I go into to view the screensaver options. Whenever I select the ant spotlight screensaver, the system freezes up with no mouse or keyboard functionality. The only fix is to power down and restart my system. I have also had this happen while using the swiftweasel browser. I ran edgy and fiesty just fine without this type of issue, but this one has me stumped.
