want to create installation usb

one of my installation iso size is 9.6 GB i want to create the installation usb is it possible to create installation USB for such a big iso file? which filesystem i should use in USB?

So long as a single given file in the ISO file is not larger than 4GB, FAT32 should still work correctly.

is it possible bigger than 4GB in different filesystem? or more than 4 GB is not possible at all for creating installation USB?

If you're using the Linux version of UNetbootin, you can try formatting the USB drive as ext2 or ext3, and I think it might work (of course, it depends on what the distribution you're installing is; it needs to support booting from an ext3-formatted USB drives, which I think Ubuntu does, but not many other distributions). If you're using the Windows or Mac versions of UNetbootin, FAT32 is indeed your only option. That said, even with FAT32, the ISO itself can be as big as needed, you just need to ensure that individual files within the ISO filesystem are less than 4GB.
