Update to latest stable version v1.10.0

tinyproxy latest stable version has been released (v1.10.0).
Ubuntu repository has older stable version for Ubuntu 14.04
It would be great if its upgraded for Ubuntu 14.04 also.

Are you aware that support for Ubuntu 14.04 will end soon (in April)?
You should consider an upgrade no a newer release of Ubuntu in due course. This Release will then also bring a higher version of tinyproxy.

Thank you for pointing out FAQ. And yes, I am aware that the support for ubuntu 14.04 ends soon.
