You could try installing the version for focal on your bionic system. I assume that the dependencies do not pose a problem, and this would already serve as proof that this package could be backported without too much effort.

Could you suggest how to install only one package from future version of Ubuntu?

I downloaded this http://launchpadlibrarian.net/466815918/openfortivpn_1.12.0-1_amd64.deb but could be great, if I could install it from repository and get future updates

Sorry, I do not know any possibility to do this.
What you can do is upgrading to Ubuntu 20.04 (focal) as soon as it is finally published (in one month's time).

If you repoa bug and the security and bug fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner rather than later.

Can you help with this problem?
