Hmmm.... that package is being shipped in Debian Bookworm (2.9.3-2.1).

I can always build my own.

Although the original location (the Courier mail Server files) is at version 3.1.6. Looks like an unrelated numbering scheme...

No. Debian just has a very old version (>6 years old).
