Which version of libreoffice do you want to use?
The version in the standard repositories for Ubuntu 18.10 is 6.1.5
There are PPAs, e.g. ppa:libreoffice/libreoffice-6-2 and ppa:libreoffice/ppa with version 6.2.2 for all supported Ubuntu releases.
Can't you use one of these?

I want a latest stable update.
Which I checked in their website and 6.2.2.2 is a new stable new release for now.

If i do "sudo apt install LibreOffice", will I get 6.2.2.2? And will get an update next update in time in future?

If you "want a latest stable update", then you cannot use the Ubuntu standard repositories, because Ubuntu is no rolling release.

Have you looked at the PPAs which I have named in my previous comment?

It worked. Finally, i have updated version of Libreoffice.
I have tried snap, flatpak etc.

Why can't ppa remain update time to time?
I have noticed this time to time? Even apps like FireFox, Chrome, Chromium etc.
