Can you update package (in focal) to use latest openapi schema version of 3.1?

I want to use the latest version of the openapi on ubuntu focal (20.04LTS), which is 3.1 but when I try it it defaults to version 3.0.0. Can you update the package, so I can use the latest version of openapi?

How ever you can upgrade to Ubuntu Jammy 22.04 which has a newer package available.
