cpprest package

Need version 2.10.14 (latest) for Bionic

There are a number of code fixes and some functionality (e.g. set number of threads for thread pool) that is not available in the current version of the libcpprest-dev package (available version on Bionic is 2.10.2-6). Version 2.10.14 of the cpprestsdk project contains important fixes and functionality that would make it more useful. Is there any plan to update this package?

You can either request an update via a bug report (see the links in the FAQ above), or install such version from a PPA.
https://launchpad.net/~costamagnagianfranco/+archive/ubuntu/locutusofborg-ppa has 2.10.14-2~ubuntu18.04.1~ppa1 for bionic (standard disclaimer for PPAs applies).

This helps, I'll try the PPA, which is not ideal, but is something to work with, and it supports the architectures I need (ppcle64, amd64). Thanks for the information.
