Catch2: When will v3 be available?

Catch2 v3 is the default installation package for Mac/brew and ConanCentral. When will it be available on Ubuntu as an apt package?

Ubuntu is copying packages from Debian (to avoid double packaging work) and Debian does not have version 3 yet, see https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/catch2
There is already a notice on the Debian package page that version 3.2.1 is available, but it has not been packaged yet.
When Debian creates an updated package, it will be taken over by Ubuntu into Ubuntu's development version.
