how to recover deleted "Documents" directory question

i was running these command to install python3 on my computer:

906 python3 --version
907 sudo apt install python3-pip
908 cd Downloads
909 ls
910 tar -xzf pycharm-professional-2024.1.tar.gz
911 cd
912 sudo purge tar -xzf pycharm-professional-2024.1.tar.gz
913 cd pycharm-professional-2024.1
914 rm -rf * //i run this accidently

and lost my "Documents" directory having critical data and the contents on my Desktop i am sure all the deleted items is somewhere but don't know how to recover them all as it is as was in my computer.

>i have recovered some of the jpeg files of Desktop using this cmd: sudo recoverjpeg /dev/nvme0n1p2 -o /rec
but not able to recover other file formats
please help in this;
