How do we get help with gnome extensions?

on Ubuntu 24.04 not upgraded, newly installed I have got 2 problems with 2 different shell extensions,
1 does not start in the startup but works in desktop when I start it manually.
2 the other one breaks an Ubuntu extension and is unusable.
They both worked well under 22.04,

The one that breaks ubuntu extension is dash to panel (this one is more important to me).
The one that does not start auto is <email address hidden>, I looked fleetingly i journal,ctl it errord out.

Are there any bugs reported? Have you asked the extension author to see if this is a known issue?

There was one bug report but it was about 24.04 beta. I have just now sent a discussion in dash to panel, and a n issue to dash to panel. Do not know if they answer.

To tell the truth I*m reluctant to contact developers, I am new to Linux I have been using it for 2 months now, my first contact was with cheese developer and my question was ignored because accordung to him ubuntu 22.04 was old.

On the Dash to Panel I got answer that they are aware of the issue, I guess they will fix it if it is possible, and for the other one I just made a custom shoertcut that disables and enables it.
