Scheduled deletion of cache

Is there a scheduled deletion of the thumbnail cache in Ubuntu? Is it possible to include thumbnail deletion in scheduled temporary file deletion? (/home/user/.cache/thumbnails/*) It might be worth enabling scheduled deletion of other caches as well.

That's not the option I was talking about. I was talking about Ubuntu's built-in tools for deleting temporary files.
