brokens folders, white with red X

Hi team

I have a problem with folders Public, Templeate and Videos are white with a big red X.
on the right 3 icons orange padlock red green arrow.

also, I can't open any folder at times, it all starts okay, but then can't open documents etc.
I'm guessing it's related. if I log out and back in it will normally work again.

any ideas, please

Try: Hover over folder - Right click - select permissions -
Click the permissions tab. - Where it says "Access" click the drop-down box
Give the access Read & Write permissions for the owner.
Check the other folders that are doing the same.
There are 4 categories to choose from - None, Wright only, Read only, Read & Write.
