Student can be instructor of a section

Hello,

Why is it possible to add a student as instructor to a section?
Is this the normal behaviour or a bug?

And is it possible to remove an instructor from a section once it was added or is it only possible to update its state?

It is normal. You can update the instructor to Added in Error (by default) as of the date they were added.
