e-mail to students, guardians, teachers

Hi all
We find ourselfs updating contact information of our students, guardians, teachers and committee members in schooltool, our e-mail tool and the newsletter tool.
It would be great to do it all in one place.
Is it possible to send mail from within schooltool to different groups. And include attachments (This would take care of broadcasting the newsletters)
